The enquiry and site-visit forms on this website ask for your name, phone number, email address and which configuration you are interested in. An optional message field is available on the longer form. Nothing else is required, and there is no account to create.

Your submission also records which form on which page produced it, so our sales team knows what you were reading when you wrote to us.

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from the next. We use it to understand which parts of the site are useful, not to identify you: we do not connect analytics data to the details you submit through a form, and we do not run advertising or remarketing tags.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site in your browser settings. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry: to send the brochure, floor plans and price list you asked for, to arrange a site visit, and to answer follow-up questions about AIGIN Royal Park.

We aim to respond within 24 working hours. If you would prefer we stop contacting you, say so on any call or email to sales@aiginroyalpark.com and we will close the record.

Form submissions are delivered to our sales team by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes the message on by email. It acts only as a delivery mechanism.

Google Analytics receives the page you viewed, roughly where you were when you viewed it, and your browser and device type. It does not receive your name, phone number or email address, because analytics is not connected to the enquiry forms.

This site is hosted on shared hosting, which keeps standard server access logs.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to brokers or third-party marketers. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Enquiry records are retained for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and longer where a booking, allotment or agreement has followed and record-keeping obligations apply.

This website links to external sites, including the UP-RERA portal, Google Maps, WhatsApp and our social media profiles. Their privacy practices are their own and this policy does not cover them.
